Playful Platypus

The platypus is an odd animal - they have webbed feet and a bill like a duck, a tail like a beaver and a body and fur like an otter. It's also only one of two mammals that lay eggs and one of the few species of mammals that are venomous. These two however aren't interested in that and prefer playing instead!

The completed design size for the pattern is 70W x 70H or approximately 13 x 13cm (5 x 5ins) when completed on 14ct Aida.

The design is made up of 17 colours using cross stitches, back stitching and some three quarter stitches.
